The player base is what makes project 1999 so sucessful besides all the hard work the Devs put into it. Take away either one , eventually it will be in the same position you kids are in. A shit hole. The project is called "EQEmulator" not "Project99 Personal Playground". Your argument is that EQEmu should be shit so that Project99 can prosper, and its that exact thought pattern that people like myself have a problem with.
Project 1999 exists because EQEmulator existed before it, people like you seem to forget that. To me and others it seems like a pretty evident conflict of interest that points back to that thought pattern when the person that took over the EQEmulator project also runs the best Emulator server to grace the list, yet the EQEmulator project is light years behind Project 99 in terms of stability.
