She's a real human, but I think Wokecat is the one that uses her forum account, or at least he has access to it. Hes slipped up on it not meaning to post under her name.

Maybe he is some kind of publicist for her, seems like much of the forum posting seems to be an exercise in creative writing loosely based on their in game experiences to turn their gaming loosely into a blogsoap and use that to encourage viewership of the stream.
It is an interesting angle.
