his complaint about weapon choice limitation stems from *needing* procs for aggro, though.
I don't agree that he should be able to go turn in some bat wings for a weapon of his choice, though. it's unfortunate the market is jacked up and there is far too much plat available on the market, but it is what it is. make due, work towards your epic for later.
