I’ve been doing a lot of Panda Express lately
Half white rice half super greens, 3 entre meal with double teriyaki chicken, and the third either kung pao chicken or angus steak
I fast until this meal around noon-2pm, which seems to provide the best possible blend of carbs and protein for max workout performance that night
I don’t really do other fast food, in and out burgers are good on the rare occasions I get those
