Having the same issue. Before the Dec 23rd patch, I could connect to Blue/Red but Green would always 1017 me when trying to connect. After the patch, I can connect to green just fine, but now Blue/Red give me 1017. I've also tried a reinstall and most of the other fixes, with no luck.

Just an update for anyone still reading: it's flip flopped again on my end. I can now connect to Blue/Red just fine, but Green won't connect with 1017 error message. I'm on an older laptop I've been using with P99 since 2016, so I don't think it's a computer issue. I'm guessing either the internet at my condo, or something on the P99 end, is changing security settings/port blocking or something on a set schedule and when it happens, it changes which servers I can connect to.
