As you can see the weighted axe is more than twice the delay of the alternative slow motion heavy weapons.

In the sense that it is a big time bard nerf, I like it.

And yeah who knows 22 years ago maybe the same exact mechanic was in play and it just wasn't recognized, though I don't think that was the case.

But thats what I mean it is easy to fix. If its hard to fix in the system, then just remove the weighted axe from red server. Or nerf it's delay down. It isn't the best fix but it gets the job done.
