I'll be honest on Blue I almost never meet anyone who is toxic, almost everyone I meet is super friendly and always trying to help other players (obviously I'm not speaking for the raid scene).
But I do remember on Green that I had a lot of bad experiences with Halfling players, and I think it's because the Halfling race attracts people who only care about min/max. Like no one is making a Halfling because they think they look cool, let's just put it that way.
