^This! Quit soon after though as pvp just starts to deteriorate every time it's instanced and get rules added to it. Open world ruthless pvp is where it's at, whatever the game.

UO pvp was amazing for just that reason too. especially fel pre-tram where you could do things like carve a PK's head off and hand it to a guard and collect a bounty. then there were thieves running around town stealing your things and you couldn't step outside of the guard's boundaries without thinking any second a PK would run by, kill you and take all of your stuff. that game was ruthless but incredibly fun
