Doesn't exactly take Sherlock to put that shit together. Politics isn't a reasonable topic to impose on people around you. It's not toxic to have rules about eliminating highly inflammatory and controversial topics from guild-chat. It's the opposite of toxic and maximizes comfort for the most people.
