You do understand the First Amendment has
nothing whatsoever to do with companies stifling speech ... right?
It's about stopping the
government from censoring speech. In fact, the right for private companies to censor whatever the hell they want is protected by the very amendment you reference.
(Now, that being said, even the 1st has limits: no yelling "fire" in a crowded theater and all that.)
