Chardok is still very good cash for enchanters on green,but is much much better once you have dictate.
There is a couple of good non dictate camps,but they are a bit extra hassle with the faction.
Dictate allows you to only lose faction from named mobs.
Forlorn deeds is a big help,but also not required unless you want to kill korocust
I don't think shiftless is good enough for koro,but maybe.
