Former Presidents keep a lot of their perks. One being access to documents.
The reason why the FBI raided him is because Biden unlawfully changed that. That has never been done in the history of the US and what he did was unconstitutional.
So technically, the FBI should also be raiding Obama and Bush, but they won't, because this was done to target Trump.
