It doesn't have to be a literal wall, "build the wall" is just as easily simple shorthand for "actually enforce immigration and border policy, and fund the institutions that carry those things out" which dems seem to be allergic to doing.

The physical wall both is and is not a literal wall I guess. Good talk.
