For me its more that the law is .5 grams is 5 year mandatory federal minimum (thanks joe biden for that 1990s support) and there is a photo of him holding 20.0 grams on a scale.
Coupled with all that "no one is above the law" bullshit they were talking about so much when they were bolstering up the IRS.
