I don't think the tyrannical can tag everyone. Or fix the game forever. The inflation and crime is a symptom of something they cannot fully control. Some are going to try to surf it at the head of some stupid armies or movements. Butt we all know that Rome will eventually burn. Best bet is to hang out in a mountain nook with a few goats and some grapes. Berries. This is exactly what some of the WW2 survivors immediately did for a whole 60 years until their passing.
