Has a theft taken place? hmmm. When you, take for instance, buy a new TV from bestbuy, or whatever, you have not technically " Bought " it yet, you are agreeing to a contract, that if satisfied, within the specified time period, you then assume ownership and do have no recource.
How is signing a contract, and agreeing to the terms " Stealing? "
