These are old-school rural Afghanis, for whom non-consensual sex with small boys is not only legal, but considered a cornerstone of their culture if not a human right. However, they absolutely refuse to part with this aspect of their culture, and tell you directly that they will pursue non-consensual sex with small boys in your town. Do you:
- Allow them to maintain their cultural status quo, thereby condemning a number of local children to traumatizing sexual assault resulting in massive generational trauma.
- Force them to abide by the laws of your land, thereby stomping on their culture and rights.
