It is not at all. Using wording like that just shows what a hypocrite you are.
Holding one specific set of data to a different standard than another set of data is the definition of hypocrisy. You are implying that you view all things equally and are of moral judgement, yet give two completely different standards.
Some retarded chart a person made does not matter in the least, especially when the bullet point is so utterly insignificant. 10%, it actually looks to be less but I am just estimated on a random picture chart from who knows where. That does not invalidate the other points.
