The real testament is, humans are more adaptable and resilient than we give ourselves credit for (as me don't live a majority of our lives exposed to the need) and that it doesn't have to be perfect to still be beneficial

This is why a pet peeve of mine is anyone who feels the need to correct other people’s form in the gym when doing an exercise
I’ve had 1-2 people do it to me years ago when I was a noob, and it took all my considerable willpower to cordially say “oh…thank you!” rather than scowl my way through their instructions
I’ll never do it to anyone nowadays. It doesn’t matter how bad someone’s form is, unless they are literally injuring themselves, they are still getting SOME benefit from a movement, even when doing it badly
