On April 26, 1954, the Salk polio vaccine fielded trials… One year later, on April 12, 1955, researchers announced the vaccine was safe and effective and became a standard part of childhood immunizations in America.
It is all there Jib. And there are two different vaccines. The one for the US was arguably more ethical.
