It's been a while since I read about it so no I don't have the source.

All I know for sure is the current system of for-profit insurance being in control of healthcare is not working for anyone but the fairly affluent, and that's not sustainable.

And I wouldn't necessarily call student loans predatory. Sure some are but it's the fact that higher education costs too damned much that is the problem. Again, for-profit. It's all about the almighty dollar.
