Nice! WTG!
Ya you went straight to the hard shit by starting with running, that’s tough to do when heavy. Always elliptical, stairs, and incline treadmill if running beats the body up too bad (my shin still fucked bc I keep running on it 2x/week and re-hurting it so don’t be like me and try to push through bone pain)
If wanting to do all home stuff, even with only bodyweight no weights, there’s some calisthenics gurus I’ve taken exercises from on YouTube

Thanks dude, that's why I started losing weight by switching to the keto Diet, got down to only being 33 lbs above my goal and then I started to bring running in. Once I got a good routine going at around 185 lbs going to quit the keto and go back to a normal diet.
Its not too bad, I have also been blessed with really good legs, high school sports, have always had a pretty active lifestyle up until the last few years I was in a pretty bad relationship with alcohol and smoking ciggies which means I wasn't doing shit.
I have a highly functioning autistic friend who is a certified massage therapist he speaks highly of calisthenics.
