Alright, so there are a few red flags here:
1) You went AFK for a long time with another player's items on you without warning them.
2) You don't remember his name, but you were close enough that he lent you the item and I assume he spammed you with tells while you were AFK.
3) He was online long enough to petition about you but he wasn't online when you got back?
Something seems off here...
