Officer was uniformed with cam on too. He probably followed procedure. Cars are lethal weapons.

Ya, 100% right, a car is a lethal weapon and as soon as you drive your vehicle towards a police officer who is then in danger of being run over they have the legal right to shoot you through your front window. The only reason I say this is because I’ve seen it happen, and the cop not be in trouble for it. The perp has essentially demonstrated then they are willing to run over a pedestrian in an attempt to get away and are therefore an immediate danger to the officer and the community

However, this officer was fired and the dep’t said he did not act in accordance to training. Meaning that based on the angle of the car, it’s speed, and his ability to move, he was not in danger of being run over. So he effed up, as big as someone can eff up, it appears
