Why not just take a shower then? Takes like 15 minutes if you are meticulous. I put a video on my phone on full volume and set it on the sink and listen to the audio

You must spend 10 minutes just on your crotch, to sit in the shower 15 mins.
Even when I worked a sweaty dirty job, still only took me 5 minutes at most.
