Next 5k lined up. Target acquired
Not sure how hard I will go on this one. I want to go hard, but how the hell am I going to enjoy chocolate and candy when I am running 9mph+ gulping air? The race seems casual but yet is still timed
I want to start working up to a 10k possibly as well. I mean I could already lightly jog a 10k or even half marathon atm while chatting with someone no problem. But I would like to see if my joints can hold up on a semi-sprint of at least a 10k
