That's the whole issue here really, covid and the covid vaccines are both a flash in the pan timeline wise. What most people are concerned with is the sort of lazy, unquestioning certainty with which the vaccines are pushed.
And again, their favorite mantra is "follow the science", and then a dude who holds patents on mrna tech (meaning he's
probably a good scientist) has reservations about the the hasty deployment of the covid vaccines and gets banned from every imaginable platform overnight. The idea any of this is "scientific" is absurd.
I mean, risk of death from covid plummets rapidly in direct correlation to youth; the younger you are, the less risk it poses. Yet they recommend the vaccine for like 6 month old babies now. That, itself, is wildly unscientific. It's more like how apple keeps encouraging you to buy a new iphone even though you don't need one than anything resembling public health.
