Yes. Droplets are rarely inhaled, they may disperse on surfaces, but you recall everyone is washing hands and wearing gloves, thus the reduction in flu cases to 0. The Aerosol spray is what sticks around for up to 2 hours after someone has been talking in a room. Aerosol distribution is only 20% less wearing a surgical mask, and that is only because they measured directly in front of the test dummies.
