Its wild but my hair photo-bleaches to blond in the summer. I had no chest hair until I got into my 30s. No back hair. My head hair is incredibly thick though and I had it all the way down to my ass a few years ago, it was still growing, so not sure what my terminal length is.
Facial hair is very light blond/red/light brown and sparse. I can go about a week before its a five o clock shadow. I can only think it was a genetic adaptation to wearing facial coverings all winter. Though NO ONE knows what precisely the world was like given how often humans migrate.
We can even pull out the aquatic ape hypothesis if we want to get silly.
All I really know is the genetic lineage, which was a very fun research topic. My wife is Norwegian royalty caste blood on her Canadian side and a very rare blood type. Thankfully, my O+ self gets along with everyone, so no issues with kids.
Genetics are highly interesting and it makes me think of all the little isolated pockets of civilization when the advent of the sail made visits possible. All the extreme culture shock of worlds being destroyed akin to south americans reception by Spain, but along the Europe coast.
