Guild one are assholes if they knew you were autistic and kicked you for some odd comments or behavior rather than trying to discuss it with you.
But tbh if you AFK in TOV you risk guild discipline because you look like you're trying to DKP soak. Unfortunately, enough people have done this maliciously that people assume that's what's happening. And it's a fair assumption on their part in my opinion. Don't AFK in TOV for 10+ minutes if you don't want to risk what happens to you as a result.
