Request an exemption in the petition forum (read the sticky to ensure you provide all the requested info). They're processed in the order received. Don't bump your post as that moves it to the back of the line.
It can take quite some time (possibly months) - it's a volunteer staff. Your best bet is to put in the request, and then have one of you use a VPN or hotspot until your exemption goes through.

How does one know when the IP exemption has been approved? Is there some kind of private message that gets sent to alert us that it has been approved?
