"during this heat wave we're going to have the poors turn off their AC and issue massive penalties too poors who try to heat their homes this winter"
Overpopulation now:
"over population is a huge threat and we're only going to ask that you let us do these grand population experiments to try to reduce it, and we swear we will never do anything like issue birthing credits, or forced sterilization in 3rd world countries, or yours (in the poor immigrant areas like cape cod, dont worry not where you live, on marthas vinyard)"
