You are not supplying much information to go on here.
What are the contents of your "eqhost.txt" file?
What dns service are you using and what dns caching software are you using on your network, if any?
IIRC I am using opendns for my dns lookups and using bind for local dns caching. Never had any problems here, multiple people playing P99.
