I can understand nerfing recharging which was a bug exploit and led to insanely overpowered items.
I don't get nerfing slow mallets. It's a repeatable quest that cost a ruby. If we're making those kinds of arbitrary balance judgement calls to the game it should go both ways. Buff something. Warrior aggro sucks. Wizards are useless outside of bane. Druid heals are pure garbage. I mean you have a lot to choose from.
