Unrest isn't a bad choice as it's a fan favorite. I see a couple of bodies in upper guk from time to time.
I'd do a /who all unrest /who all highkeep etc when you log on and just shoot some /tells. That's how I've always thrown together groups or found bodies..with a little interaction
