You should receive a temporary ban as well. This is a free server and the only reason they wouldn't ban you on live for this ignorant text is because you are paying them money. And who are you? This is a public forum, is it not? A rant and flames section even. If I want to stick up for someone that I don't know because I feel he was unfairly treated I'm pretty sure this is the place to do it.
