What I do at low levels is I go to a portal and then wait for druids/wizards to appear and ask to hitch a ride, usually it takes no more than like 5-10 mins, but if im impatient ill do /who all dial or /who all druid 30 55
or something and start sending tells.
I pay 1 plat per level when im porting with dial and if they dont want to port a low level person then I feel good about only giving them 7 plat after a port becuase screw someone who wont port a level 7 for free basically
