Both servers are sub 1k population, with Blue being closer to 500-700. this is the worst possible time to be rejoining the community as the leveling scene is abysmal

The lies with you pro merge players never stop, do they?
Green's population is fine, I've found plenty of groups level 1-20 at the moment, and they dont seem to stop.
Start on green to be safe, it may not merge with blue because blue is an exploited mess with an awful raid scene. Hopefully, they'll purge blue before ever considering merging it with green.
