Is there any chance the type of ammo he used is why he was able to hit 37 people but 30 survived?
Could this be a good example of hey like, had he been able to get much more gnarly ammo there would be 37 deaths?
like is there some regulation on bullets to not make them like depleted uranium tipped or something i dont know anything about it.
