that's another reason why collective religion/meditation/exercise/ or people all doing things in unison, singing, chanting, whatever, is so much more powerful
----------- and the really powerful demons of this earth do not want the common man to unlock this potential in themselves
but we can do it anyway
especially if hundreds of thousands of us stopped watching the news
and we went to a temple instead
it would make a difference

i'm not always this collected or calm and --- when i'm not things can get way out of hand
it is possible tho and i've literally seen the effect from the effort in institutionalized settings and in uncomfortable situations

it takes a lot out of me personally to do on my own especially around really amped up and crazed ppl -- so i try to AVOID it as much as possible and there's a point at which there's just no way I can overcome 10 ppls insanity
