The carnivore diet that GinasP99 mentioned is increasing in popularity these days, I’ve watched a few videos about it. It works especially well for people with dietary/medical issues interestingly enough, when all other diets fail to resolve the issue
The thing that still baffles the experts is that we used to think we needed fiber to allow food to move through our intestines. So the expectation is that the carnivore diet, which has 0 fiber, would cause huge amounts of constipation. But for some reason it doesn’t, and we really don’t understand why yet I don’t think

I have the impression from government advice that morbidity comes chiefly from overconsumption.
So the people trying to exercise, eat and "get big" are no better than the fatties in terms of human health.
