Delete blue and merge into green then.
Population is fine otherwise.
This might be a hard pill to swallow, but green literally doesnt need blue's pop to be successful.
It also doesnt require the majority of the player base merging into a buggy exploited server.
Delete your characters, join green.
Money > see mouth.
