Seems like you were there for 20min before Safeusurp showed up, but also looks like you were invis when they did?
Definitely your camp, even if it also sounds like whoever was there before you two maybe screwed the pooch a bit on clearly handing it off. My guess is Safeusurp was on another char and got a tell from the previous holder.
I don’t really see harassment, though? I think you’re fine just clearing the PHer at that camp, but not keeping the room clear while sitting anon and invis is just a good way to lead to misunderstandings. Not really helped by the immediate ratcheting up.
If they weren’t on for 20min it doesn’t matter if they were there an hour ago, it’s not their camp. But this also doesn’t seem very harass-y.
