lets amend the 2nd amendment because it's too dangerous.
but lets also limit the 1st amendment because the pen is mightier than the sword.
can we agree to do this? I mean if we do the 2nd, then there is absolutely no reason to not do the 1st.
Also secrets are what enable corruption so the 4th can be reigned in too.
