maybe sks are an exception, but last i played my necro on p99, which was admittedly several years ago, they were just as impacted by charisma on lulls as enchanters were.

https://wiki.project1999.com/Rest_the_Dead the wiki says as much for Rest the Dead. For some reason I thought I had heard the opposite from Necromancers. I did use CHA gear on my SK when lulling for a little while, but didn't notice a huge difference. But Trolls do have low CHA to begin with, so maybe it was just due to that.

Seems like the wiki had different information then, as the quote in question is no longer on the wiki. Looks like they were using the base EQEMU code as a reference at the time.
