By that logic opposition to murder is also anti-choice. And I don't think that is a very good argument.
I am not sure why you assume only conservatives support war. I lived through Bush and Obama. They both supported the war, so you really can't make that argument either.
Again, you are comparing apples to oranges. Wars are different from murder and abortion. You can't claim being pro-life means you must be anti-war. If the only qualification for being anti-war is you don't want to see people getting killed, war would have ceased to exist centuries ago. Sadly wars are not as simple as that.
