Yes, I think so. However the opposing argument is that it's not murder because it's not a life "yet"
I don't agree with that, but who am I to say my view is superior to theirs? Like I said, without GOD here to answer these questions for us it's up to us to decide what we believe is the right thing. So personal freedom is everything.
If these pro abortionist people are in fact killing babies then they can talk to GOD about why they felt it wasn't a real baby.
If these anti vaxers are harming others by not getting a vaccine then they can talk to GOD about why they felt it wasn't necessary.
