No one ever came to your house and threatened to imprison you for not getting vaccinated: you
always had a choice, and it'd be un-American for you to not.
But apparently the government can imprison me if I kill off a microscopic clump of cells that can't exist on its own outside my body ... you know, like if I rip a zit off my body, only a whole lot smaller. According to the Supremes, the government has a right to send me to prison for doing that.
