Today dinner:

Whole fat plain yogurt. Fiberone (kinda terrible but ok in a pinch, tastes ok, good texture), raspberries & honey.

Whole thing was 140 calories. Since the yogurt is fatty very sated. I had tons of mineral laden protein laden beans and spinach and an egg today so no problems with blood sugar or hunger at all.

To top it off today was like a 900 calorie day. A little low. Decent still. Way better than straight up not eating for three days, then eating like pizza and hotdogs.

Also everything was kosher.

Total sugars for the day, well under 10 grams.
