is technically a valid recipe. On Green this recipe doesn't exist yet in the timeline. The wiki doesn't always clearly show era stages for crafting recipes.
For what its worth,
allakhazam has the recipe with a 'creation date' of May 2005. I don't know if that's exactly when that recipe was added to the game 2005 puts it around Luclin? But I do vaguely remember that recipe was added some time after release as it allowed more access to obtain vegetables especially for non-foragers.
As for what to do about it on the wiki, no idea. If this is indeed a Luclin recipe and Project 1999 stops at Velious then ... ?
